True, but its also one of the most complex they've done. Testing with every combination of hardware its going to be used with isn't probably easy for a company of Naims size. I bought the n-Vi after both Arcam players i tried (a DV79 and a DV137) had faults - the 137 was particularly bad. I can forgive the n-Vi not being absolutely perfect (yet!) a tad as its given us a lot of pleasure as its so good at what it does and i know Naim are working on fixes to cure the bugs. James
