I have a Loewe Spheros TV and an AV2 and a NAP 200. When I use the remote it inteferes with the TV. I have no screen on the remote. How do I change the IR codes?

Also the remove for the DVD 5 no longer works. Any ideas? Both stopped working / started interfering when I boxed up the system for 6 months.

Hi Theo,

This problem should be resolved by changing the RC5 codes for the AV2 & DVD5.

Problem is that there are a number of different RC5 code-sets for the AV2 and DVD5 and you have to try each one to find the correct one to use with the Spheros TV. Contact a dealer - they should be able to help.

To check the remote is operating, point the remote at a digital camera and press one of its buttons whilst viewing the remote through the camera's screen. This will show whether the remote is operational or not, as you will see the emitter flash.
