Yes and in glorious widescreen too. I don't have 5.1 so don't know what that brings but am happy enough with the picture. However, I must say that on some fast panning shots I do see some pixelation (is that a word?) but for the most part I have no complaints whatsoever.
I do have a gripe here in Ottawa in that it takes 3 providers to cover the tournament here and in order to get one of them - HD TSN, was told to buy an additional SD package in order to get it. Why would I want more SD? Go figure! Anyway, I found that I can get most of the HD TSN games on OMNI so that fixes that for the most part, even if don't understand the audio (OMNI is providing audio in the foreign language of one of the teams.)
I agree, I hope we get the EPL in HD this coming season....
adios tim

ABC & ESPN2 in 5.1 & HD with comcast in Maryland. Shame the commentators aren't up to the same standard as the picture!

I see some pixelation occasionally, but not always with fast moving shots. I had been putting it down to either occasional lack of bandwidth, or just a bad signal every now and then rather than the speed of movement as most of the time it's fine. I would guess it happens 2 to 3 times a game on average.

Yes, I am watching via a Sky HD box and a Pioneer PDP436 and the pictures are stunning. Only after watching HD do you realise the severe limitations of a standard definition broadcast. Players have real shape and detail, as do people in the crowd - on standard definition they are just blobs. John
