Hi All,

I hope you can help! I received the update for my N-Vi today from NAIM. I have followed the upgrade to the letter but now the picture has shifted and the volume bar when displaying on the screen drops down and the picture darkens and distorts!

I notice in another thread that forum member Margan had this problem and his dealer fixed it - is this something I can fix myself??

In the mean time I have left a message for Tom Tom audio who supplied me the unit.

Any suggestions a worried N-Vi owner

Dont panic!

-put unit on disc input, with no disc in drawer, drawer closed.

-press and hold the input button on the front panel for a couple of seconds, a Service Menu appears on the front panel

-go to Settings (second down) using the remote navi/ok keys

-select either Comp Offset.fix (or DVI Offset.fix, depending on firmware) with arrow keys and switch it on (if its off), ok the selection

-exit the Service Menu by pressing setup button breifly on remote control.

Is the picture properly aligned now?
