I have an n-VI connected to Fujitsu plasma screen. I have had a problem trying to play two music videos we got for Christmas, Simply Red-Live at Albert Hall and Concert for Diana.

I can get sound OK but no picture. Both are new release DVD. I notice that both are Universal (as in the film distributor) Music Video.

Does anyone know if the n-VI has a problem playing this format? I'm due for a firmware update, is that likely to resolve it?
