Just one question... Why? A used VW will devalue so little in 15 months you'd be better off buying one!

Leasing a VW solves some legal issues with ownership. If I can get a used VW from a dealer with some residual warrenty I do not have to budget in as much for repairs.

Out client will pay the cost but to be fair to them I would like to keep transportation costs under 1000 euros (leasse, insurance, fuel, etc...)

You should easly get a new motor to lease for that a month all in. Fuel might be a different matter though.
