A total classic - which throws you back on excellent rice and well cooked chicken. I like Bart's paste for this - with a little lemongrass to bump it up a level.

Also try some Inuina shredded Kafir lime leaves and / or green peppercorns with pork. Now you're cooking !

Thai Butternut Squash & Peanut Curry With basmati rice and a tomato & onion salad. Not last night but just over a week ago at The Bell Hotel in Charlbury. On paper not my thing - but probably the tastiest meal I have had out this year. Absolutely superb.
