What is it with Americans and beer and freezers?
Had several of the "darker" ales on our recent trip but had to wait a couple of hours for said beer to get a few degrees above absolute zero at which they insist on serving it.
On one visit the red wine was dispensed from a chiller cabinet even.

tonight i am mostly drinking Sprite, as i swap over between 2008 and 2009 version of our corporate website. tomorrow it will be Belgian beer for sure.

The Bud and Coors crowd are used to serving beer in the very cold temperature range and figure all beer is supposed to be served that way. Good beer bars usually know better.

4 drops of lemon or regular bitters
fill with ice
then top glass/fill with your favorite ginger ale
Garnish with slice of lemon
