I think we need to hit the ground running. When we've had a good first 2 or 3 games, we keep our heads up, but when the 1st couple of games don't go so well, it seems as if we start to panic & the pressure gets to us. So yes, lets hope that the 'ammers are awake & mostly fit for the 1st few games!
Shame to see Nobby go though. Have we found a mug buyer for Rigor Mortis yet?
Matt.

nobodys gonna pay money for that heep of shit!
the only way to get rid would be a free or a loan out either ways i cant wait to see the back of the prat.
we couldnt afford nobbys wages by all accounts thats why he had to go.
the rumours going around at the moment are:
anton (i think im so bloody good) ferdinand to the totts for £6m.
to go : freddy Llundberg - kieron dyer - lucas fatboy neill. all for excessive wage demands.
on the positive side.....deanos signed a new 5yr deal and it seems robert green is staying for another year.
regards, scotty the hammer ! Cool

Scotty,
That is very good news. Green staying.
Any news on the two young lads that are coming through from the youth team?

Shame. I thought Croatia deserved to go through on the balance of the tournament so far. They were my dark horses.

My light horses are Spain.

Me too, Stuart. I just always tip Spain because the law of averages says that one day I'll be right!

My tip is still alive!

I have a mid-tone horse as well whose name I dare not speak!
