My sister works for BA longhaul out of Heathrow. She commutes from North Wales and used to do so using the Manchester shuttle. She now drives as she had too many incidents where she would fly down and then be unable to work because they lost her uniform bag!!! You couldn't make it up!!!

T5 is just a shopping mall that occasionally has flights landing and taking off (without folks luggage).
The security set up on arrivals is shocking and what's with the buses to and from the planes still?

T5 is owned and operated by a heavily indebted Spanish company - BA happen to be the tenants.
