I seem to have somehow knocked the balance out on my 5i amp. I have been playing about with the remote trying to adjust it and checked the manual on the naim website but to no avail. I haven't been able to shift the balance at all.
Any advice would be great. Ta very much. Andy |

Page E22 of your Owner's Manual:
"Note: The NAC 122x and Nait 5i do not incorporate any facility for channel balance control." SO - you need to consider that the problem arises from another source. |

Adam are you sure?
You are right about the 5i. But the 122x? I am sure i could adjust the balance with the remote, When i had one. Munch |

That's interesting - I didn't notice this beforehand, and it is old CDs I've been listening to - Frank Sinatra + Tim Buckley etc - I wonder if like some of the old Beatles tracks I was listening to a while back - that vocals have been more heavily produced deliberately through one of the channels...

Munch,
Was it a NAC 112? You can adjust balance with a remote on it, Ken |

Just checking
I had the 122x, OH well you live and learn. I never used them but the balance control's were on the remote. |
