Why do you expect naim owners of naim equipment on the naim forum to know about a linn product? Linn have their own forum. Especially when the subject is safety related?

Maybe because the prominent turntable on this forum is LP12 and lots of them with Lingo2 PSU. Come on guys, don't be rude to each other Sorry Rattlesnaic, I have an Armageddon and can't help you, unfortunately. But I suppose you will get an answer soon from a Lingo owner...

Checked it, Jon. The manual is for Lingo1 but maybe no big difference for fuse changing. Here is the text (copy/paste):
FUSE/MAINS VOLTAGE SELECTION: Open the fuse-holder door with a small flat-blade screwdriver. Select the correct fuse (200mA for 220/240V, 300mA for 100/120V). Fit it into the fuse-holder and install in the inlet filter.

IIRC, on the Lingo *1*, it fits into a pocket formed by a loop of plastic on the back of the holder that prys out with a screwdriver. When you fit the holder back into place the ends of the fuse make contact with metal strips inside the fuse bay.
Hope this make sense...

The Lingo 2 uses two fuses fitted longways.Doesn't say so in the manual. No wonder I couldn't figure it out.

The ensuing silence is the sound of many Lingo 2 owners enjoying their music.
