Hi all,I managed to break one of the three plastic bits which hold the "rings" of my beloved Hiline when I was doing some recabling last night.I called my dealer and told him what happend but he seems confused about which part is broken(not show him yet).I am too eager to know whether this damage can be fixed by replacing the plastic part of Hiline,so I pop this discussion here first.
Also I found the welding work inside the connector is not up to the first class(compare with other Naim electronics),is it normal?

So it means I have to mail the Hiline to Salisbury?

Agreed. I spoke to Sheila in the Naim service department a while back about the same problem with mine and was told that they can be repaired.

You could email HQ at Salisbury with a photo', or 'phone them.
I recall someone recently reported here that they had the same mishap with a Hi-line,
& Naim replaced it FOC.
Usual excellent Naim service!
