Not really Mark!
I have asked my friendly dealer to keep an ear open in case a used example or even an ex-dem might hove into view. Going to another member's place on Saturday week who has all the goodies and a TT to boot. Note to self - vinyl not an option! |

Comments about the 552, accurate as they are, don't mention that very important attribute: TRANSPARANCY.
After 10 years with a 52, the 552 came like a breath or fresh air. However, although I love my C/B 135s, I am undecided about how much a step-up it would be to go to the 300 or 500. My (big ProAc) speakers are a benign load and easy to drive; would the 300 represent the better option. I wonder? |

Mike! With 300/500 you'll know how transparent the 552 really is!
The better option is the one you'll like the best in your system, I guess you need a home demo. But for sure you can't go wrong with the 300 Regards, Edouard |
