I was offered s/h SBLs, seven years old (serial from 1993) with latest bass/midrange drivers for 1200 Quid. Is that overpriced, or a fair deal?

Hello Franz,

I might have seen the offer you're referring to (24.000 ATS). I find it too expensive, especially since it's the old model with driver update. I would be a bit more patient and find a younger vintage for the same price. On the other hand it might take a while for another used pair to turn up in Austria.

P.S. I don't know about prices in Austria but I paid considerably less than the price the seller mentions as "new price" (56.000 ATS) for my new SBLs.
