I am using the dynavedtor p75 phono stage with a 17 D2 cartridge. I keep changing the p75 setting from standard to P.E. mode and back again. I cant seem to decide which is better.
Does anybody have any experiance of these products together who could give me their opinions
Thanks

I set mine at the Dr T setting for my XX-2 and left it there. Sometimes it's better to stop worrying and concentrate on the music.

I had the P-75 for 11 months with that cartridge, with an internal resistance of 38 ohms, the PE setting should be set to :high".. Most DV cartridgeas have an internal resistance of 6 ohms or less. In that case PE setting should be set to low.

I also found the P-75 sensitive to what type of shelf it rested on- in terms of materials and chasis damping and interconnecr cables.

Everything matters, but how involved do you want to get?
