Shelf one, Flat=Cap 2x Shelf two, 150x Shelf three, Stage-Line Shelf four, CD 5i Shelf five, 122 x Shelf six, Rega P3/24
Would be my recommendation based on the way Dr Peter optimised my system. I'm assuming 1 is the base.

Cheers Kevin
Kevin, Without any doubt at all. You should audition it as a matter of course, but it makes an enormous difference in my system. I have the Rega P5 with a DV10x5 and Stageline. Regards, Ken

I have my tt psu and stageline on the same shelf. I have done a bit of moving them around. I have noticed no difference.

Kev, in a previous life I was working as a Traffic Engineer which is similar to the field of medicine - no guarantees and plenty of trial and error. I have tried many different stacking combinations, including items such as a NAPSC which some consider is noisy. My own ears tell me that separation distance offers far more improvement than any stacking order. Although, for ease of use the source components need to be at the top.

Don

Given that the transformer in the Flatcap is tiny I'd swap the 150 and the FC.

Heed for P3/P25 Rega for P3-24/P5 You don't have a choice - you must use the right one as far as I'm aware.
