Something valve based, seeing as you're going to be cooking there anyway? Some second hand Leak/Rogers bookshelf speakers, and a small Nait, maybe?

Good luck with the hunt,

Chris.

Linn do Sekrit and Sweetspots that fit into walls/ceilings.
I keep seeing them on ebay, but have never heard any.

Try Linn Diskreet speakers. I've heard them and they sound decent for ceiling speakers.

I had a listen to some linn in wall speakers a few years back (sorry can't remember name, but were around 2 to 3 hunder pounds). I was listening to them with a view for rear speakers for a home cinema system, I eventually went with linn kann's beacause space wasn't too much of a concern for me, but they sounded ok.
