Hi,
I have sent 2 e-mails to Naim regarding my broken supernait last week. Still no answer. Are they on holiday? I have written to both sales and information. Regards Hallgeir |

I the absence of Naim, Salisbury - your supplying retailer should be helping out.
In fact, even when they get back, you will need to return the unit through this retailer - so you can still get things set up for Naim's return and a quick repair. |

That has actually been part of the problem. The unit was delivered to the importer a month ago, but has never left his office. Hopefully the unit will get a quick repair once it's actually shipped to Salisbury. In the meantime he told me today that he will lend me a nait5i. regards Hallgeir |
