I have always been intrigued by the many good comments I have read on this and the old forum on Naim IBL speakers. Does anyone have an opinion on how suitable they would be for a long thin room ( 11' x 25' ). Current system: CD3/32.5(72 boards)/HICAP/250/Spica TC-50's.

S Armstrong ,

I don't know to estimate the size of the room you are talking about. I moved from a big house to an appartment. When was living in the house, the ibl's were located at a big room and they didn't sound too good especially sounded very poor in the lows.
I moved them to a liitle room than the first and the sound went much better.
Now I live in a small appartment and the speakers are so good that at least from this point of view it was good to me to give up the house...
