Hi All,

My Nait5i (only about 6 months old) either hangs being unable to change source or volume or will change source all on it's own.... Confused

Wondering if anyone else had experienced anything similiar to this one?

I'm contacting my dealer who are excellent (all part and parcel of being a Naim owner) and will get it sorted out quickly and no doubt provide me a loan item to replace it.

Cheers
Paul

Have you disconnected the NAIT from the mains for a while (minutes I think) to reset every thing?

Hi Howard,

Unfortunately tried that but seemed to be just the same Frown

In fact the only way to stop it happening is to turn it off at the main switch....I'll take it to the dealer as it seems strange that Naim equiptment would have something like this - not like them at all....

Paul

Have encountered the same problem (and switching off 'solution') too, but only in relation to when I plug a DVD player in. The only way to prevent this from happening in my case, was to unplug the DVD player when not in use.

Hopefully, naim will resolve this quickly.
