Hi guys,

I have my spare Olive Nait-2 for sale for about 4 weeks now, due to the fact that I now also have a CB Nait-2, which I prefer visually as well as sonically.

But,... today I got this idea:

I thought:"Hmm, ...why don't I swap the so-called 'Audiophile upgrade' fuse from AHP, sitting in the Olive Nait when I got it, with the normal fuse that's mounted in my Nait-1"
Just to see if this is the cause to my slight dissapointment in my olive Nait. (compared to the CB Nait's)

Well,...about 1 hour ago I did some listening and it didn't take long to get this big grin on my face. Big Grin

Kinda shocking that 1 tiny fuse can make such a difference.

(considered a 'significant sonic upgrade', pfff Roll Eyes)

So, I'm happy to know now what caused the problem and it confirms my believe that one shouldn't mess around inside a Naim amp, trying to alter the sound.

cheers y'all,

Alco Smile
