Bought their 'Telephone Free Landslide Victory' album on a blind recommendation.



For those not familiar the best description I have come across is 'Balkan Surfing Music'.

Very Marmite (you either love or hate them) however neither my wife nor my 5 year old have stopped humming the tunes since we bought the album.

Highly recommended.

Remember them from the 80's didn't realise they were still going

It is their old 80's material that I have been listening to.

However, doing a quick Google - it looks like they are back together again.

can't really remember - too far in the midsts of time,never bought anything by them but were on the edges of my radar

Have to say that i don't know any of their stuff but its one of the best names for a band i've ever heard.

Yeah I remember them ..I bought their "Key Lime Pie Album" in 89' ....there was a single taken from the album "Pictures Of Matchstick Men" (yep the old Status Quo Brit Pysche classic!)

..I played that album quite a bit back then but lost track of them I guess ...I'll have to dig the album out again....
