A bunch of us went to see her in Leicester last night, on the "Rules for Jokers" tour. Fantastic gig in a small venue (the Musician pub). Just her and Nigel Stonier (her producer on the last 2 albums) playing amplified acoustic guitars. Great stuff. Get to see her if possible. Tour dates detailed here.

for the recommendation - try to get to the Oxford gig tomorrow if I can. It's got to be better the Kathryn Williams concert at the Zodiac this week -nice voice shame about the band and the PA that seemed barely audible.

I got to the gig last night - the first time I'd seen her live. It was a real quality gig. She's got a brilliant voice. The support, Kate Garret, was very good too.

The audience was strangely subdued but hey that's England for you.
