Picked up "Life in the So-Called Space Age" last night on the strength of the cool cover. It's kinda techno-oriented soundwise, but with straightforward rock-pop sensibilities regarding song structure. It's got more balls than any "pure techno" I've heard (which admittedly isn't much), and it's more accessible, to my ears.

This particular album was panned by fans at Amazon, but lord help me, I like it a lot. Their other releases were reviewed more favorably... anyone out there with any info? Similar artists?
