Hi all


Just bought Pornography on a new Russian audiophile label called Vinyl Lovers, these new issues are taken from the digital remasters done for the the limited edition CD's in 2005. Now I was a bit sceptical about the quality these might produce but straight away you can hear so much more the dark gothic feel is enhanced and instruments are better seperated you can hear right into the mix so they really have done a great job and the second disc has live recordings and rarities. They come pakaged beautifully in gatefold sleeves. Also you can get single 140g albums without the extra stuff so if you are a Cure fan (Munch) you've gotta check these out.

Available are Seventeen Seconds, Pornography and Faith and I presume other titles will follow cannot wait for Disintegration to be realeased. Smile

I have all four of these on the CD version and all are excellent. Some of the extra stuff is really good and the sleeve notes are well done. Not having a record player rules out the LPs....

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, The Cure.

I only discovered that Disintegration had 12 tracks when I was given the Trilogy DVD by my kids for Father's Day a couple of years ago. I have it on vinyl.

Would a double LP include the two missing tracks?

They are being released exactly the same as the Limited Edition cd's were same track listings so just check out the LE CD's from 2005 and you know what to expect.

Pornography double vinyl has been out for a few months now.
Its £16 at hmv with pp.
