Why hide the best band playing at the gig - surely you should put the stars of the show at the top of the bill.

If Paul Simon opened the show and the four lads who shook the wirral came on next that would fine because I could attend and still get home for tea.

Who are Beverley Knight, Imelda May and the Bangles BTW?

Perhaps this is a Running Order Squabble Fest.

I agree a band with the name The Love Trousers should be headliners. Sheer neglect Big Grin

This is an incredibly well run, family friendly event. Been for the last 2 years and we will be back again this year. Great atmosphere, good food and beer. What more do you want?

I'm sure it is very well run with very nice people and quite honestly there's no pleasing people like me, but I'd like

  • Half Man Half Biscuit supported by Paul Simon, Bellowhead and 10CC on one day (i.e. the day I'd like to attend) and the rest on the other day for those who like them.

Which is probably why no sane person would ever want me to organise such an event.

    Enjoy the festival

PS - I like the idea of Great atmosphere Cool

I could quite happily park myself in front of the World stage on Saturday, if only for The Beat.
