Day off work and no-one else at home - cue a feast of old vinyl. Razz

Great album - his best I think - reminds me of old uni days. He is in Sydney this week and I have never seen him live before so looking forward to the show.

Same here - will be a nice treat half way through a tough week at work. Smile

I've seen Joe live twice, once in about 1981 and once last year. Both times were fantastic. He clearly loves playing live and his lyrics come over much more powerfully when they are phrased on the night.

I have tickets to see him on the current tour in June here in Edinburgh, so I'll be interested to hear how you find the set he plays in Sydney.

Cheers
Ian - currently combating the neighbour's hedgetrimmer with this..

Still one of my all time favorite live albums.

You are are right there. I was going to write that if you had played side 2 you had missed out on Solsbury Hill but hedged my bets the other way round!!

New fusion album from John McLauglin. Recorded in India, it features a number of up and coming local musicians

Disc 2 - the songs that did not make it onto his albums. No bad ones here, all excellent tracks
